I want do add activities

I do physical exercise at the health club every day and that’s good.
It works great and I see huge improvements in my fitness.
The only activity I had in addition to that outside the house up until now was 2 Torah lesson a week.
Very recently I added 2 more Torah lessons a week for a total of 4.
I now want to add a chess class.( all these things are in my city, I arrive by foot or by public transportation that works great in my city).
I am also thinking about going to a youth club in my city to hang out with young people,
perhaps play something with them, make friends…

Yeah that sounds like a great idea. Go for it! I just stay at home all day lol.

Those all sound like good activities. Would be nice to make friends too.

I should add some more activities to my regimen. Maybe taking an art and piano or clarinet class. Also interested in fashion. I also want to learn Korean, Japanese, and Chinese language. I’m also interested in
tai chi.

It’s amazing how some physical fitness can contribute to feeling better mentally!

I think mixing in a group would be good for you. Forces you to adopt different strategies and ultimately leads to better social skills. Good luck with it!
