I quit for about 6 months but now I’m having one teaspoon of instant coffee a day. I want to quit it again as it’s making me feel tired and generally worse. I started drinking coffee again due to real life stress.
I decided to give up caffeine. No more coffee or tea. Instead I replace it with herbal tea or hot chocolate if I want something to sip. Caffeine has always made me unstable. I didn’t even realize it until about 7 years ago. It’s so common in society that the notion it could hurt me didn’t seem real. I feel much better not drinking it.
I don’t drink coffee at all. It makes me feel anxious and I get insomnia even if I drink it in the morning. I take a cup of green tea twice a week. I don’t know yet if it helps or not. I need to try some more.
