I wanna move soon

As some of y’all know David and I have decided to move in with my mom so we have no rent and other things to pay I wanna move soon and I think David wants to wait… The apartment contract is kinda hard to understand at one point it says you have to give a 30 day notice, at another it says the lease is up ever year or every 6 months… I kinda just wish it was clear… I’m gonna have David go over it with me and maybe ask the landlord so we understand the contract better

That’s a good idea to ask. I hope there’s no problems getting out of the apartment

I believe if it’s a 6 month contract you could be responsible for the 6 months but not if they rent it out to somebody else.

I think you have to put in a 30 day notice no matter how long your contract is.

@CoCo it was mom’s idea to ask and I agree… My mom is very smart… She’s been through a lot too
