My daughter wanted me to try chick-fil-a. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. It was really good. But I don’t plan on having it again in the near future since it’s so unhealthy.
Once in a while is ok, unless you got allergies.
I’m pretty much the same way though. I very rarely eat at a fastfood place. Mostly make my own meals. They are simple, but much more healthy.
I do eat snacks most days though, like chocolate, but not a lot.
That sounds like you’re doing really well with your food choices. I’m trying to not gain weight after having lost so much. My goal is to maintain what I currently weigh. But you’re right, once in a great while it’s ok

Never mind! It has fish. I hate fish! Yuck! But seriously, I’m glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes I make fish for my husband.
Normally I’m a vegetarian but sometimes I eat fish. Today was one of these days. Still, it was tasty.

Thanks @Wave . I actually only ate half of the fries and half the sandwich so I was able to keep it within my allotted calories.
I love fried chicken, but it really upsets my system. Need to hang close to a washroom for the next day. Ugh.
Oh that’s awful @shutterbug . I’m not big on fried food either. But eating just half a sandwich was ok for me. But it’s not healthy anyway to eat fried food so it’s not such a bad thing to never eat it.
I’ll get Mackies here and there. I love the McChicken.
