Everytime I take my meds late or forget them I get a headache. Its worse if I forget them.

Also I feel more energy when taking meds too late or not taking them. I was thinking about not taking any meds and stopping them.
Sorry to hear that you have a headache Aziz. I myself feel no difference if I forget my meds. I have forgotten them a couple times overnight and felt exactly the same the next day.

Maybe the energy is psychosis bad energy idk.

Stopping them abruptly is a bad idea. I occasionally consider stopping my meds, but if I do, I am going to do it with a pdoc’s supervision slowly tapering down.

I was thinking the same thing. You have a med change to look forward too. It could potentially completely change your experience with meds. Hopefully for the better.

I have someone who is actually encouraging me to quit taking my meds. Reminds me to keep taking them.

I didn’t take meds yesterday. It was just so late and I decided to skip. To my suprise I actually managed to get some sleep which does not usually happen off meds.
I feel good today, more energetic, but I’m not going to quit meds without supervision. I don’t think the time is right. But I have never had problems skipping for a day before except sleep problems. Going back on meds tonight.
