I think stamina is good too. when i workout

I used to know the way to break down any exercise to figure out what’s being worked and if it’s positive, eccentric (negative), or supporting.

Wanted to be a personal trainer but some people aren’t buff like that.

I think it’s a little noticeable that I lift.

Yeah some do carbs before workout while keto during other days. Targeted keto i think it’s called.
