I switched brands a while ago. It’s definetely better than my older brand in keeping anxiety at bay. The only downside is I think it’s making me depressed. I take a huge amount though. 800mg a day in 2 doses of 400mg.
The capsules are 400mg capsules so I can’t just go down to say 2x300.
There is a magnesium powder called Natural Calm, and some people swear by it for anxiety. I am trying it right now, it takes the edge off but it could just be placebo.
