Wouldn’t say the food is a lot of effort. Cooking is relaxing. I also really like fresh fruit. We try to have meals like this as much as possible. Keep takeways to a minimum and avoid fast food almost entirely.

My lifestyle is relatively healthy, but I am absolutely not. 🤷

I go for walks every day, I coach my kids soccer team, lift weights once a week, and swim often in the warmer months.

Food wise, I mostly eat fruit, veg, and protein. I can’t have gluten or soy, so most prepackaged foods are out. I read small portions and count calories, always staying below my limit. I have a bowl of multigrain Cheerios every few days for breakfast, but usually it’s an egg white omelette with bell peppers, spinach, and a bit of cheese. Cheese will be my downfall. :skull_and_crossbones: i cook pretty much all our meals from scratch. I drink a lot of coffee, though.

That being said, I’m fat af and have a ■■■■ ton of medical problems. 🤷
