I’m going to phone my mental health team and explain to them that I am not mentally ill and that my brain has in fact been hacked by some programmers.
Therefore, the things I am experiencing do not require their intervention.
Hopefully they will listen.

Programmers can’t hack brains.
Please just try to be open to the help the mental health professionals are trying to give you. I know it’s hard for you to trust them, but what do you have to lose?
Take the meds, stay with the program, if you’re right, they’ll see it’s not working. And if they’re right, you’ll be relieved of these thoughts.

Sounds like you are joking. Because you say you are OK in one breath and in the next breath you say something that sounds like a delusion.
