I can’t even sit down and watch a movie. When I was last in hospital, an assistant nurse diagnosed with sz said she gets benzo’s to help relax her. I just think my treatment team is against benzo’s, they never offered me them. Do you think I should be prescribed benzo’s to relax?
There’s a lot of danger in using benzos.

Even used properly I think its too easy to build tolerance too easy to forget if you just took one…I would recommend small doses as small as possible but enough to work…i
sometimes my valium helps w my paranoia and calms me down
I think it’s a conversation worth having. Benzo’s just tend to put me to sleep unless I’m really worked up then they just relax me.
