I think I might have over stretched myself with the plan for tonight's meal

I have to cook the pulled pork for 25 minutes before adding the sauce for 5 minutes. The Chorizo potatoes have to be cooked for 30 minutes . Given the size of my roasting tray I’ll have to cook them separately. I’m guessing it wouldn’t be wise to warm up the pulled pork again?

Do you have a microwave? If so, you can put one of the dishes in there to stay warm while you cook the other.

So the pork/potatoes would stay warm if I placed it in the microwave and shut the door?

For a half hour, yeah.

I recommend making the potatoes first, but either way should be fine.

Well the pulled pork is off the menu for tonight. I put it in the fridge early last night and it still hasn’t defrosted.
