i just drinked two bottles of it and i find it has helped me to deal with my mental status greatly, i feel its effect almost immediately,( within 1 hr)

Calcium… Magnesium maybe if they are alkaline… That’s me making my best guess… Idk really
maybe , it said it is naturual mineral water
