well after 8 years of sitting on my arse trying to avoid stress at all costs, i am recently of the mind that stress can be a good thing, if it means I have accomplished something for the day. so a little more stress in life could actually help me haha. but not too much, got to find that balance, and sometimes it’s not even stressful doing things if it’s something you want to do, and its an excuse to take an adaptogen like siberian ginseng haha.
