I take Zyprexa, Trazadone, Haldol at night

I feel so hungry I end up eating 500 calories extra and I feel it is stalling my weight loss. Any tips guys? What can I do I want to lose weight.

the only thing I do is drink water, lots of it

or maybe some herbal tea at night.

I take a herbal chamomile valerian root tea with sugar it helps with the sweet cravings.

I take a lot of meds at night. 15mg of zyprexa, 200 of trazadone, 1mg of Ativan, 50 mg of benedryl, 3mg of prazosin and 10 mg of ambian. I fall sleep but I can’t stay asleep. I wake up in a couple of hours feeling very hungry and I have a big sweet tooth. I try not to eat but I usually do anyway. I have never tried tea but that sounds like a good idea.

I understand my attack plan for my midnight munchies is eat vegetables and fruits instead of carby sweet foods.
