I take depot injection and oral meds before sleep every day
I wish if doctor stops oral drugs becoz
I feel as i am ill everyday i take oral meds
Thats stop further productivity in life
If person feel he is ill he wdnt do anything untill he recover 
That feeling is problem
May be i couldnt sleep without them
That not a problem i can take sleep aids
And most side effects i get is from oral meds
