I thought that there was no purpose and so I stopped keeping my diaries. I kept my diaries over 20 years, started in Atlanta in Feb 1999, but now I think that it is useless. Why would I keep diaries any way … ?

Maybe keep writing. At least to get your emotions and thoughts down on paper.
