I starting intermittent fasting diet called omad

My goal is to burn 10 pounds so I can fit in my old jeans again. I’ve did this diet before and it was quite effective.

Those are tough man. Maybe have one main meal a day with carbs, but have snacks through the day that won’t impact calories much like celery or sliced tomato or cucumber.

It’s just typically eating three small meals is harder for me because I’m never satisfied. At least with one meal a day I can have a big ass meal and feel satisfied for one of my meal at least. I can’t eat little meals even if they’re low on calories or I won’t get the benefit of my body eventually switching to burning fat instead of glucose level for energy.

I eat one meal a day.

I also have caffeine and nicotine throughout the day.

If it wasn’t for nicotine and caffeine, I would eat 2 or 3 times.

Good luck, I lost a few pounds this way.

that was def a benefit for me. i did it for about 23 years. and can say after 23 years of eating almost nothing but junk food for my meal i am normal weight, blood sugar is really good, no high cholestoral or triglicerides or anything. even tho my food choices were horrible. ive decided tho to change to healthier food and small meals. but i do think omad has benefits and so does calorie restriction. i bet most of omads benefits are from calorie restriction. but if u need omad to calorie restrict then it is helpful.

That’s impressive. The longest I ever did it for was three months and I lost my desire weight then stop doing it.

Maybe a picture here and there on some unhealthy food wouldn’t hurt.
