I wish I could take yoga classes. But, I have no car and also don’t wanna spend the money on classes.

I’m not into yoga, but I was into martial arts (the idea of it) and music before I got sick. I wanted to get into those things but never had the time, money, or support :sob:

I do yoga for about 30 to 40 minutes per day. Pilates, yoga and martial arts are all so cool. Good for you @Zoe and @Anthony1337!

Try isha kriya from the Sadhguru app it’s free and very easy to do. Just takes 12- 15 minutes a session.
