Feels cooler! And I am more waked up
Works for me. I’ve an alarm set to 5 am but the cat usually gets me up earlier. It’s peaceful at the start of the day and if you beat the sun up it’s a refreshing time of day. It also means no one else is up at my place so I can do some exercise and watch bad television shows I’ve recorded whilst I walk.
Structure works well for schizophrenia. I take the pills same time everyday. If your getting up at a consistent time it really does help that!

I personally love getting up early so i can go to the gym. Then i have work. I never used to be a morning person, but it’s kind of grown on me.
I’m not a morning person so i typically like to sleep in til 9:30 or 10 oclock. Lately i’ve been waking up early though. That happens a lot when i’m dealing with depression for some reason.
