I Smell Wood

I don’t know if you guys have tried this, it does shift focus.
I practised smelling a wood at good times.
And when I feel low and unmotivated I smell the wood, and it does shift focus.
I dont know if this really works.
Internet says ~

Great idea.
I would try touching leaves and concentrating on flowers to shift focus.
