It happens matey. It’s never easy but there’s always tomorrow. One foot in front of the other when it comes to substances. You can get back there for sure so take stock and keep positive.

Hope you get back at it .

Quit again!:slightly_smiling_face:

Hopefully this time you won’t fall off da wagon.

I’ve been so bad with exercise.
I was exercising spin and pump pretty much daily then four or five months without exercise.
I really want to start doing spin and pump again.
Such a struggle!

Best wishes !:pray:t4:

Just dont let it be the reason to continue that path. You can always get back on track.

I was like that with vapes. I was smoke free for half a year but last month I slipped again. I’m going to try again.

Can you give yourself a reward if you exercise?

Like a sugar free soft drink afterwards or a nice special breakfast…

So sorry to hear that, it happend to me as well and I slipped also. It is a bad habbit, better to stop it from the begining.
I’ve started few months ago with few cigarettes and two days ago I had a full pack a day. It is money spending and life consuming.

And what is worse I do not like the taste of anymore.
Give yourself a healthier reward please.

A year and half is ridiculously good. The fact that you did that, is evidence you can go without.

Quit again and after another year and a half you’ll have only smoked once in 3 years.

Even I slipped up recently in terms of smoking. Thought of it as just once a week to once in a while to whenever I go out to a particular place. But I want to raise back again not wanting to get back as a habit. So trying hard to cut it down no matter how tough it sounds. Addiction is like double mindedness we want to quit and have at the same time. Better to have single mindedness of quitting it.
