I feel awful. I just got up at 9:30pm to watch hockey. Not sure I’ll make it through the game. Drinking some gingerale.

I haven’t really eaten anything. Trying to decide between a slice of cinnamon coffee cake or some cheese and turkey bites. The gingerale is helping me feel better. I should make some tea.
I would go for the protein. Plus, sugar is usually bad when fighting illness.
