I slept 15 hours

I have nothing up today so it’s okay but I don’t feel all that rested. I’ve just been watching tv all day. I made myself a salmon and cheese melt and just brew my first cup of coffee. I could go straight back to bed but I’m going to try to stay up a few more hours.

Thats my struggle too
To keep awaking for extra hours and not to sleep much

I do that kind of thing too. My system runs on adrenalin. Sometimes I sleep very little, and other times I sleep all the time.
