I was targeting to do 6 days a week,but did only 5.Working out helps improve my life and more importantly discipline.I skipped it yesterday because I felt tired.I am just wondering if I have pushed myself more and I could have actually hit my target and completed my work out.I felt guilty tbh

If you skipped it because you felt physically tired and have worked out 5 days this week then I think you were right to skip it.

Like @anon9798425 said, 5 days should be enough. 5 days of 30min with even basic cardio is helpful.
