I recently started to drink 2 cups of coffee in order to have the energy to exercise. It actually helps a lot

Does anyone know how fast I should taper? I was thinking halfing the amount of coffee for a week, then after that week I half the amount again, then the week after I quit.
I’m drinking half the amount of coffee I initially drank. I feel a bit off… but overall I feel more relaxed also.
