I see a pattern in my thoughts

I wake up in the morning sort of suicidal. But, because of the dynamics of the house, I gradually become more positive until, by afternoon, I am quite positive. I guess a lot of it gets lost overnight, and I fall back on the old pattern. My great hope is that one day, soon, I’ll wake up in the morning, happy to be alive.


It takes practice and persistence, but you can do it , No Doubt
