80 pages left … I will need another book to read on the same subject… maybe then I will improve

It can be meds . What meds are you on ? I had no power of will when I took respiridone to read books
I am on risperideon 2 or 4 mg I can’t remember.
I feel better and the positives are gone
But i have trouble concentrating somethimes
I read a book of dalai lama interviews and stories but I can’t remember a thing
Yeah I was on 4 mg respiridone it was hard to read or do something for longer then 15 minutes

Dalai Lama it’s pretty difficult …there are many books of his … you just read and will grasp naturally what’s interesting to you hope
I got these fear that i will miss something and cannot read between the lines preett well
I know its irrational but I can’t shake it off

Maybe you could try “Mankind’s Search for Meaning” by Victor Frankl, if you haven’t already.
