How do u pay for all that

I was a hopeless nicotine addict. Tried everything to give up to no avail then shrink got me on chantix it doesn’t work for everyone but it was so easy.

I still had that urge when I saw people smoke but the addiction was gone. Talk to your doctor.

Took me sooooo many tries to get off it, finally succeeded July of last year

Now my most frequent bad dream is giving in and smoking another cigarette… which is actually something I have no motivation to do while awake. I think there’s a strong chance I won’t ever smoke again. I simply can’t afford it… I have an extra 250 dollars a month on hand now thanks to quitting.

I’m on day 5 of quitting. It’s way easier than I thought. I have a bottle of water or some pop and when I get a craving I drink something instead. Cravings usually only last a few minutes.

You can do it! Remember, it’s only hard for the first week or two.

After you get far enough into it you realize you don’t have the urge anymore and it’s a real relief.

I’ve smoked constantly for the last 28 years but can stop with a vape pen. I’m terribly addicted to nicotine myself.

I got to stop too

I couldn’t quit nicotine. So I switched to vaping. Talk to your local vape shop. Explain you’re a heavy smoker and they’ll hopefully be able to sort you out with a high powered set up.

Vaping equipment is like meds, you have to find the set up that’s best for you.

Wow! I really hope you reach out for help. There are smoking cessation programs that are free. They are over the phone. Plus, sometimes you can find smoking cessation support groups. I really hope you seek as much help as you can get, including going to your family dr for support and advice. Good luck! It is possible to quit. You really can do this.
