I would be more than happy to pay for shipping and extra for the signed edition if that helps lol but let us know when you figure it out…
that’s fantastic, way to go.
the hardest part is getting people to buy it, and read it, but I would call around to bookstores
and writing venues, coffee shops, art shops, fair trade stores, music open mic places, libraries,
and ask them if they set up a reading for you where you can sell your book.
I have an in with a local bookstore already, they like to feature local authors, and I’m friends with the owners. As for coffee shops and the like, there used to be a perfect place in town, but it closed down a few years ago.
good. the local arts scene is always looking for local authors to display and sell, think books, music and fine arts. good season too, there are festivals coming up.
Yeah, though all the festivals in town are already over… The bookstore I mentioned has an author’s pavilion at the town’s block party, I just missed it by a few weeks. But I have 100 copies coming in the mail, so I’ll be able to sell them myself if I have to. Next year, though, I’ll probably have book 2 ready and I can sell both at the block party and the local convention!
wow, yeah you’ve been busy, ha.
the colleges around here have book fairs and festivals in the summer, not sure your location.
I would also look for writing conferences, we have them a lot of places in my state, all through the year, get into a round table with other writers,
they will be interested in buying.
Congrats! That’s a huge accomplishment!
You’re a fancy pants now, go crack open that bottle of sparkling grape juice and celebrate!
