I think being hard working is important depends on which things you work hard on.I do work from my therapist, sometimes hard working is better then being overly smart…I used to be smart though
“Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.” – Stephen King
Like I said if I work hard for the therapist it won’t be going anywhere.I am talented at taking meds though,JK
I’m a good worker…when I work. Sadly the meds slow me down too much and around people too long I stress out and get paranoid. Still. I try and still volunteer in a physical environment. Whether it’s the sz or the meds I just don’t get out of first gear. I used to have all this manic energy but that is long gone…
That’s probably the good and bad,it slows you down but calms you.The good side is your not manic anymore…I prefer the bad though because manic makes you so happy and creative
Yeah. You gain some and you lose some on meds. Mind you. I don’t mind paying the price of medication. I am much more relaxed. I have no more racing thoughts and get to sleep so much easier and I no longer overthink things and live in fear of everything…
That is worth the price of admission.
I work hard but I have no intention of rocking the boat and trying to earn more by jumping around jobs.
I have freedom where I work to a degree, I can smoke and wear casual clothes. Plus the people I am used to.
I have a routine, and I think having a routine is what keeps me working.
Oh my…my routine is out of wreck.I prefer to work lesser so that I get less stress. In Asia, people are two polar, either you work less or your the top few hard worker
I work four days a week. I only started working after diagnosis because my family offered me a job somewhere safe, and I was homeless and had waited 6 months and not received any benefits.
In the end it was the right decision. I was worse off not having something to focus on.
Working can be a form of socialising.Anyway socialising for me is a form of suffer
