I would never eat butter. I guess I thought you’re supposed to eat it straight like string cheese or something, the thought made me cringe.

Now I use it with pretty much any steamed veggi or potatoes.
…mmmm…cheese and bacon filled potato skins…

Different flavored cream cheese on bagels. I just eat spoonfuls of cream cheese plain.
