I have schizo effective disorder bi polar bear, no, lol, type. I am Always alone. I went to the library last week to see people. I wrote two people snail mail last week, at the library. I’m not talking to my mother lately. I have a group text with my siblings. I talk to my aunt every now and then. And there’s someone from Schizophrenia Alliance I talk to every now and then. But I’m still very isolated and it’s very difficult. I don’t call the crises center anymore. I also have my pdoc and therapist. I guess that’s better than no one. I would like a buddy to watch tee vee with.
