I might have to give up coffee. My sensitivity to it is increasing. I get so anxious after one cup I stopped drinking it for awhile to see if the coffee was the problem. I think it is.
Maybe you can just try decaf because I like the taste but after 4 cups, watch out.
I drink like a pot of coffee in the morning shared with my girlfriend, and then I have left over cups later at night…if I’m staying up late I’ll have half a pot before ten pm…sorry you have to give up your coffee…bummer !!
Replace it with Japanese sencha green tea, it have right mix of caffeine and theanine.
