I messed up my sleeping pattern, again!

So today I slept from 6am to 8pm with some lunch time being awake. I just ate, smoked and walked my dog. Its 10pm now and im not sure what to do, either to stay whole night or drop some xanax and hope for the best. What would you do if you were me? P.s. i messed up my pattern by staying late playing video games

I doubt xanax would help if you slept until 8pm :thinking:

If it were me, I’d go to bed around 2am and hope for the best.

My sleep pattern is mess up too. xanax won’t help believe me. When you wake up in the morning try and stay away all day and get in a healthy sleep pattern

It’s easier to force yourself to stay awake, than it is to force yourself to sleep, so if you need to reset I’d say your best bet is to stay awake.

stay awake all day, even if you haven’t slept all night… then sleep the night and wake up early like 7am. This works for me. Go to bet that night, repeat.
