This is me lately. I am going to try for a hard reset tonight, by taking sleep aids early, then hopefully sleeping until i force myself to wake up at 6 AM.
Melatonin is very good for resetting sleep cycle; people who fly a lot use it. I suggest moving your sleep cycle by no more than one hour every two days until you’re back to your normal sleep cycle.
To my knowledge, melatonin should not be used daily for more than 30 days.
Been doing something similar the past week or so. Sleeping past 2am, waking at 1pm.
I’m getting up 10am tomorrow, then 8 or 9am next week on the regular.
Sleeping in makes me feel tired/groggy and ill.
