Thats about 1100 calories, not much. I think the minimum for women is 1200/day and 1500/day for men.
I restricted it today yesterday I had 2000 plus calories.
Try gym? Might help w whatever goal you have?
No gyms open here. But I am cycling every other day on my bike.

That is a lot of calories for a young woman such as yourself to consume. I am hoping all those calories are from fruits & vegetables.

I ate more than you but its still not a lot,
I didn’t just have one pot but three… I thought the pots were small but they were packed with carbs and sugar.

I know what you mean but need to look to alternatives like having dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate…and cutting the portion …
