I don’t often get anxious but tonight I’m plagued with all sorts of anxious thoughts.
I am anxious about loosing my dog. What if my partner sells her behind my back ? Or wants
To get rid of her ? Or what if something happens to her like she gets run over ?
Sounds like a bit of “catastrophic thinking”. I used to be like that all the time.
I hope it goes away.

Yes, i got similar. What, if i walk into someone dangerous and get beaten? What, if some organisation spy on me?
I do this to myself everyday.
Worry about catastrophic events that could potentially happen to me, my husband or my dogs.
Even other family members.

No I don’t have a PRN and I don’t want a benzo. (No offence to those who are on benzos. They just aren’t for me ) I might listen to some music.
I worry a lot too since I have an anxiety disorder.

They are real fears for me, being doped with medication would make me more vulnerable.

I used to be the king of catastrophic thinking. Eventually I got better with it over time, but it still creeps in sometimes.
I also don’t like benzos, what you have is mild paranoia, increasing ap dosage stopped it for me. I thought colombian cartels were trying to kill me, once I saw someone that looked like Pablo Escobar infront of my house, I was scared.

My boyfriend said he might of killed a dog.
He poured cold water on it a cold winter day because it was barking and the next day it was dead.
He has a dog he loves more than anything.(he doesn’t bark)
