I think today is going to be a good day. 
I don’t know if I’m getting a call from someone from my mental health team or not. I’m just gonna relax and watch TV all day. Hope everyone has a good day out there!

Do you stay up late? I can drink coffee at 6pm and still sleep at night but only if I use one or two teaspoons of instant coffee.

I do tend to stay up late but I can still sleep after drinking coffee. I usually have instant coffee. If I have ground coffee with plunger it’s in afternoon around 4pm
