Yes terra my sleeping pattern has distrubed …i hardly sleep 4 hours…how is ur sleep…u sleep good…
my sleep is ok, what has you disturbed? Are you getting enough exercise? Maybe you can do a workout in your room in the afternoon.
I started to walk twice a day …!!! I need better medications…i will add an anti depressant and anti anxiety tab …my doctor is still unavailabe …i will have to wait 3 weeks…
3 weeks? Too bad you can’t see your pdoc sooner. I don’t want you to suffer.
