I like looking forward to things

its great having something good to pull you forward, its not always an uphill battle that way,

i look forward to the future with hope and i like to think about what i could be doing with myself in the days to come, weeks, years even, gives me a reason to get up in the morning, :slight_smile:

just thought i’d mention this as i think it is a very good way to help get by

I think it’s a very good things to have positive goals. School, friends, family. Even thinking about how the morning cup of coffee is going to taste. It can be little things like that.

Yes, it’s definitely good to have goals no matter how small. It’s one way to fight depression. You have to think of things you like even if they may not happen. I’m not talking fantasies but believing in something that could happen.
