I never have affirmation of not having a night terror unless I’m in my own apartment all locked up.
wish i had that dream, i once had a really beautiful doctor and she was showing me these breathing techniques with her chest heaving up and down, i’d like her to do that in my dreams.

day dreamer hear this one… nurses are sweet hearts that’s all I’m gonna say but.
I was hospitalized for severe anxiety where I couldn’t see and I didn’t think I had control over my body then a nurse practiced something with me called touch therapy. she grabbed my arms and told me to let them loose like 3 times before I did then she just controlled them for me one at a time bringing them down to my and her sides. (she was getting close to me gaining my trust of myself through the trust she had in me to get over the fear of blindly running over someone) and I was in utter gaining and balance in my severe delusional fearful world to the point the healing process and medication switch was powerful enough to really set a lot of my condition out of me.
that was the biggest display of love I ever received in the time I needed it most.
