I agree coffee makes my symptoms better so I drink as much as I can. lol
2 to 3 cups is my limit.
Anything over this and I’ll start to cycle.
I once drank too much red bull and someone suggested taking l theanine. It really smoothed the caffeine effects tremendously.
In my opinion it is a good combination
Decaf coffee improves my mental health, I swear.
I am not content without my daily cup of coffee.
