In getting my house back from the little pit of hell. So I need to get a plan.
Tomorrow I’m dealing with garbage.
Tuesday getting the dishes done.
Wednesday laundry and vacuum.
Thursday I have my dentist appt so that will be all I can do.
Depending on my mouth I’ll do a bit of other things that could be done.

Sounds like some decent progress! Do what you can and move from there. Look after yourself but doing that little bit each day can make a huge difference!
Keep trying and set realistic goals. We can’t always do everything but doing something does help!

That’s the usually best approach for me, though I do scandously little housework.
