I keep thinking about breathing and I feel scared

Hello! I’ve noticed that recently I’ve started noticing how I breathe way too much. I hate when this happens. Sometimes I feel as if I can’t think and all I do is concentrate on my breathing.

Does anyone else have a similar problem? It makes me feel really bad.

Try not to be so conscious about it. Breathing comes naturally and cannot be controlled for long time.
