I just worked out with playing soccer, for the first time in around 7 yrs.
Exercise is supposed to be great for schizophrenia.
There is a couple good YouTube channels for exercise at any level. Jump rope dudes, athlean - x and many channels for kettlebell or bodyweight workouts/ calisthenics. You can start by just walking 1 time a week and it’s progress. Exercise is amazing in my experience with sz it can help. The problem for me is motivation and steady weight gain from ap meds. But the health benefits overall alone are worth it to exercise.
