I just walked around the lake. It has a trail around it. It is a beautiful day where I live. I didn’t walk around the whole lake. The trail is 2.1 miles long. I walked farther than usual. It is a beautiful trail, and lake. I walked in total today 6,674 steps.

I like to go for a walk at the wildlife refuge. There’s a 3 mile walk that goes all through and around a bunch of ponds or there’s a 1 mile walk that goes just around one pond. Right now I can only make it around the 1 mile walk. I used to speed walk the 3 mile, that was 80 pounds ago.
I’m happy that you got to go out and enjoy the nice day and got a good walk in. Sounds wonderful.
