I just heard a loud conversation

It was all in my head but it was really loud. I never get hallucinations that loud. It felt so real I thought there were people around me talking

I also have loud internal voices
which sound almost external.

Normally I hear a female voice repeating my name. That’s most of my hallucinations

Normally i hear about a dozen of voices
talking to me or with one another.
