I found a old journal of mine from years ago and it was quite shocking how whacky some of the things I had wrote were. I tend to never keep journals anymore though.

Same here, that’s why I never do it anymore. I tend to write very fast and nonsensical when I’m upset and It looks like something from a horror movie lol! Better for me to just leave it in my head.
