I just bought glycine is the same as sarcosine

is it the same, just want to know. does help with negative symptoms.

I would be careful buying supplements of the internet.

It could be anything.

i bought from swanson vitamins, its looks legit. i buy alot things there. but this first time i bought glycine because i heard is similar to sarcosine, sarcosine is very expensive.

Just watch out as there are a lot of fakes out there, and some nasty things can end up in pills sold online

If it’s a legit business, great.

heres the link

I took both glycine and sarcosine. Glycine gave me nausea but it reduced my food intake, felt full after taking it. Sarcosine gave me headaches.

does it help you

It didn’t help for me.

so why are you still taking it.

If it didn’t cause nausea I would have continued taking it for weight loss.

glycine can be used in place of sarcosine, but the dosages are around 18grams per day?? I have ajipure too, it’s pharmaceutical grade from ajinomoto. Might try it again, but it feels weird at that dosage. tingling. Maybe because it’s not bound to protein like it is in gelatin/collagen?

I think all the amino acids can be beneficial for negative symptoms. That’s why I take a amino acid complex like pea protein powder which has almost all the amino acids. It takes away physical pain from my brain/head. Just have to be careful with Tryptophan because it is listed to have interaction with several AP’s. Pea protein is low on Tryptophan.
