Can you use Youtube tutorials?
As a last resort I use cheats if its possible.

which boss are you trying to fight? there’s a lot of branching paths in the first DS game, so maybe look up a different area to try. If that doesn’t work, farm some souls and level up. Are you using a shield or dodge rollling?
